Alembic University is dedicated to the study of Alembic and related technology, processes and products.
In layman’s terms, this means we are focused on pot still distillation and the products of that distillation process. Those products cover a wide array of spirits, made from a wide assortment of ingredients. If it is made in an alembic still, we will study it!
